Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of the BeePulse website, platform and hardware. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
The service
BeePulse provides beekeeping management software and, optionally, IoT monitoring hardware. Core management features are available free of charge. A paid Pro subscription unlocks advanced features such as historical charts, custom alert rules and data export.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.
Subscriptions and billing
Pro subscriptions are billed annually in advance. New accounts receive a 15-day Pro trial; no payment details are required to start. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We do not refund part-used periods unless required by law.
Hardware orders
Hardware prices and availability are shown on the shop pages and may change. Orders are confirmed when we accept them, not when they are placed. Monitoring stations carry a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects; the warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification or weather exposure beyond the stated specification.
Delivery and returns
We deliver across Europe. For orders outside Romania, contact us before ordering so we can confirm shipping cost and delivery time. Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods are returned complete and undamaged.
Acceptable use
You may not resell, reverse-engineer or attempt to disrupt the service, nor use it to store unlawful content. Automated access to the platform outside the documented interfaces is not permitted.
Your data
Measurements, inspections and notes you record remain yours. We process them to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time on a Pro plan.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Monitoring depends on cellular or WiFi connectivity that is outside our control, and alerts must not be relied upon as the sole safeguard for your colonies.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for colony loss, lost honey production or other indirect damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where the change affects a paid subscription, by email before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.
